How to Cancel Your Subscription

Birthday Reminder Widget subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), not within the app itself.

On iPhone (App Store)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.

2. Tap your name at the top.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Find Birthday Reminder Widget in the list.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

6. Confirm the cancellation.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

On Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right.

3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

4. Find Birthday Reminder Widget.

5. Tap Cancel subscription.

6. Follow the prompts to confirm.

Important Notes

• Cancelling stops future charges. You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.

• If you purchased a lifetime license, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Requesting a Refund

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased:

• Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

• Google: Visit Google Play Refund.
