Troubleshooting the AI Gift Finder

If the AI Gift Finder isn't working properly, try the following steps.

1. Check Your Internet Connection

The AI Gift Finder requires an active and stable internet connection to generate suggestions. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

2. Update the App

Make sure you're on the latest version of Birthday Reminder Widget:

iPhone: Open the App Store > search for Birthday Reminder Widget > tap Update if available.
Android: Open the Google Play Store > search for Birthday Reminder Widget > tap Update if available.

3. Restart the App

Close Birthday Reminder Widget completely (swipe it away from your recent apps).
Reopen the app.
Try the AI Gift Finder again.

After following these steps, the AI Gift Finder should load and display personalized gift suggestions.
