How to Set Up the Home Screen Widget

The home screen widget lets you see upcoming birthdays at a glance without opening the app.

On Android

1. Long-press on an empty area of your home screen.

2. Tap Widgets.

3. Scroll or search for Birthday Reminder.

4. Long-press the Birthday Reminder widget and drag it to your desired position on the home screen.

5. Release to place it.

On iPhone (iOS)

1. Long-press on an empty area of your home screen until the apps start to jiggle.

2. Tap the + button in the top-left corner.

3. Search for Birthday Reminder.

4. Choose your preferred widget size.

5. Tap Add Widget, then drag it to your desired position.

6. Tap Done in the top-right corner.
